J.B. Reilly

President & Cofounder

J.B. Reilly is the President of City Center Group (CCG). Reilly formed CCG with Joseph V. Topper Jr. in 2011, and the company is currently developing a $1 billion-plus mixed-use project that is helping transform Downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania. Reilly has more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development and planning, urban redevelopment, property management, finance management and law.

Joseph V. Topper Jr.

Cofounder

Joseph V. Topper Jr. is a Cofounder of CCG, forming the company in 2011 with J.B. Reilly. In addition, Topper is the CEO of Dunne Manning Inc., a national distributor of branded petroleum, convenience retail products, and carwash services with more than 2,500 employees among the company and its affiliates and service companies. Topper has more than 30 years of management experience in the wholesale and retail fuel distribution industry.

Zack Sienicki

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, LANDMARK MANAGEMENT

As Chief Operating Officer of Landmark Management, a City Center affiliate, Zack Sienicki oversees more than 2,000 multifamily units across the Lehigh Valley, including apartments in Downtown Allentown, Macungie, Emmaus, and Bethlehem. .

Jane Heft

Vice President, Director of Project Design & Corporate Branding

Since 2011, Jane Heft has served as City Center Group’s Vice President, Director of Project Design and Corporate Branding, leading the company’s branding, building design and integration. She is also Principal of her own brand design firm, enze, providing integrated solutions for organizations from nonprofits to Fortune 100s. 

Jeff Vaughan

Vice President, Director of Public Relations

Jeff Vaughan brings 30 years’ experience to his role as Vice President, Director of Public Relations for City Center Group. Mr. Vaughan is also the Founder and President of a full-service public relations firm, Vaughan Communications Group (VCG), which over the past 13 years has represented such organizations and brands as National Geographic, The Saturday Evening Post, Carpenter Technology Corp. (NYSE: CRS) and Bonefish Grill. 

Jill Wheeler

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jill Wheeler applies more than 20 years of experience to developing and implementing corporate strategy for sales, marketing and communications. She joined City Center Group in 2017 and has since helped lead leasing activity, including securing ADP as the anchor tenant of Five City Center and launching the Downtown Allentown Market. Ms. Wheeler has also overseen the expansion of integrated marketing for City Center’s office, retail, hotel and residential properties, as well as the programming of the development’s public spaces.

Robert Dilorenzo

DIRECTOR OF PLANNING & CONSTRUCTION

Robert DiLorenzo is Director of Planning and Construction for City Center Group. In that role, he oversees the initiation, planning, and execution of all the company’s development projects throughout the Lehigh Valley. 

Jarrett Laubach

Director of Leasing

Jarrett Laubach serves as City Center Group’s Director of Leasing, the key point of contact for companies exploring a move to Downtown Allentown. He joined the company in 2014 with 10 years of experience working within a prominent brokerage firm, negotiating and transacting nearly $50 million in commercial real estate sales and leases in and around the Lehigh Valley.

Gene Marino

Director Of Finance

Gene Marino brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management to his role as City Center Group’s Director of Finance. He has responsibility for all banking relationships and for loan and NIZ compliance money and is integral to the day-to-day accounting operations of CCIC.
