Grabbing a quick bite recently at NOSH @ nana’s on the first floor of Three City Center gave me good reason to smile. On my stroll east from Center Square, I passed several bustling new businesses that are a sign of the city’s renaissance — especially around the intersection of Sixth and Hamilton streets. 

This week, the Allentown Zoning Hearing Board gave approval for City Center Lehigh Valley to begin demolition at the site of the future Tower 6 at Sixth and Hamilton streets. The 12-story Class A building will offer businesses of any size the opportunity to own their office space.

Today City Center Lehigh Valley announced plans to develop a 12-story Class A office building at Sixth and Hamilton streets and offer businesses of any size the opportunity to own space in it. The 145,000-square-foot building, which has been named Tower 6, is projected to open in early 2018.
