CITY CENTER INVESTMENT CORPORATION APPOINTS NATALIA STEZENKO LEASING ASSOCIATE

City Center Investment Corp. (CCIC), the real estate development company whose major mixed-use development, City Center Allentown, is revitalizing downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania, announced today it has appointed Natalia Stezenko leasing associate, effective immediately.


In her new role, Stezenko is responsible for leasing City Center’s retail space and working with current and future downtown retailers to drive foot traffic and increase revenue and profits. Stezenko reports to Jill Wheeler, vice president of sales and marketing.


Most recently, Stezenko served as senior account executive with Lehigh Valley Business, leading the publication’s advertising sales team and cohosting its awards events with the publisher. While in that role for three years, she more than tripled her area of business. Prior to that, Stezenko spent 12 years in retail sales and management, including helping to shape the brand image of all 120 American Signature Furniture / Value City Furniture stores, the largest furniture store / manufacturer on the East Coast.


Stezenko was a 2017 Woman of the Year nominee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, raising more than $37,000 and earning the “Touching Lives Award” for fundraising more than the average amount locally. She serves on the executive board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
