City Center Investment Corp., the real estate development company revitalizing downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania, announced today it is introducing a new type of office space at 520 West Hamilton Street in downtown Allentown. Available this Spring, The Offices @ 520 Hamilton are small, flexible office suites for individuals or teams with shared amenity space. 

The Offices @ 520 Hamilton consist of seven private, move-in ready Class A suites with a common conference room, kitchen, lounge and restrooms. The office suites range in size from 308 to 836 square feet and are available furnished or unfurnished. The suites can accommodate 1 to 8 employees but are designed to be easily combined for up to 20 people.

City Center is offering flexible and simple lease terms for The Offices @ 520 Hamilton. For example, if a tenant company grows, its office space can be flexed to grow with it and its lease can be easily modified – unique features in today’s commercial real estate market.
