City Center Investment Corporation received approval for a proposed six-story mixed-use residential and retail building. This will be the 10th building for City Center Investment Corp., and the fourth residential project. City Center's proposed building will be modeled after the historic Hotel Allen to restore some of the history on Hamilton.
