City Center promotes Borrelli to COO

City Center Investment Corp. (CCIC), the real estate development company revitalizing downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania, announced today it has promoted Judy Borrelli to chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Borrelli joined CCIC in 2015 as chief financial officer with more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience. In her expanded role, she manages CCIC’s growing financial investment in downtown Allentown and oversees all of the company’s operations.
 
As chief operating officer, Borrelli focuses on developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy and provides financial insight. Supported by the accounting and finance team, she manages the financial reporting used to help make informed decisions about formulating and executing strategy. She is also responsible for overseeing the company’s extensive facilities, property management, tenant relations and security function. 

Prior to joining CCIC, Borrelli served as chief financial officer and vice president of operation for Macada Properties Management LLC, the real estate arm of Coordinated Health, with responsibility for leadership and key decision making at the asset management company, which handles construction development, leasing and property management for more than 600,000 square feet across 23 locations. Borrelli spent more than 20 years in the real estate title industry with Land America Title Insurance Company and later with one of its agents, Family Abstract. In that role, she had financial responsibility for the custody of funds, RESPA and financial compliance. Prior to that, she was a senior auditor with Price Waterhouse

Borrelli is a certified public accountant and received her undergraduate degree from Widener University.
