City Center is hiring a Leasing & Sales Assistant
City Center Investment Corp. is recruiting an experienced Leasing & Sales Assistant to advance and support the marketing and leasing strategy for existing and future office and retail inventory.
The individual fulfilling the role of Leasing & Sales Assistant will provide a dynamic support function to company leasing representatives and work jointly to achieve annual department goals. This role will involve both forward-facing leasing activities of office and retail/restaurant space and providing organizational and administrative support to the leasing team.
The person in this position must bring strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills and a dedication to develop proficiency in commercial real estate knowledge. Preferred candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in supporting a sales team.
The role requires a high degree of documentation preparation and review as an essential job function. The position also requires research and organization of prospective tenant data that will allow the leasing team to implement actionable strategies.
