Revive! Hair Salon Coming to Strata East in Downtown Allentown

City Center Investment Corp. (CCIC), the real estate development company whose major mixed-use development, City Center Lehigh Valley, is revitalizing downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania, announced today ReVive! Hair Salon has leased space in its new STRATA East building at 26 North Sixth Street.

ReVive! Hair Salon, which opened in 2011 in South Whitehall Township, will relocate to 900 square feet in STRATA East and open September 12. The full-service salon, owned by Amanda Lenz, will complement the Blow Dry Bar Lenz opened in August 2016 in STRATA West on Seventh Street. Both salons will participate in downtown Allentown’s PARK FREE program.

“I have invested many hours of research and thought into the direction I would like to see my salon go,” said Lenz. “Moving into a new, fresh space in Downtown Allentown will allow us to continue to grow and progress, to bring new ideas and fashions and to provide a fun and modern atmosphere for the salon. We are all excited about the prospect of being part of a city reborn.”

“The fact ReVive! is opening a second City Center location in just over a year is a great testament to the support our retail tenants receive from STRATA residents, neighbors, guests of the Renaissance Allentown Hotel and those visiting and working downtown,” said City Center Retail Leasing Associate Natalia Stezenko. “We’re thrilled to welcome the salon to downtown Allentown.”

The STRATA East residential and retail building opened in May 2017. City Center is in active discussions with several retail prospects for the remaining STRATA East retail spaces.
